Margie (now Boo)'s Story
I grew up playing tennis and on the swim team at Wee Burn Country Club, my father worked for and then bought The Robbins Company. Our house in Darien was Edward Durrell Stone, an architect that designed many "modern" buildings.
We also had a house at Sugarbush, and spent many hours on the road each winter to "ski". I also rode at Ox Ridge Hunt Club. I married Terry Dukes, from New Canaan, who was ranked #1 in 18&under singles in New England. I was ranked#2 in 16&under doubles.
My father built us the "largest tennis club in New England", 25 courts in Wilton, Ct, 11 indoor and 14 outdoor courts.
Then we split up, and I moved to NYC and married Cecil Grace, worked a bit at Phillips and Sotheby's auction houses.

Piping Rock Club in 1981, and I am a member on my own, as Cecil passed away 2 years ago.
He and I started "The Positive Role Model Program", and we gave awards to kids in middle school for positive things they did-- the kids ran the program, evaluated the nominations, and selected the awardees.
We really thought that our "social" group of friends in NYC and Katonah would start their own programs, call it whatever the wanted, and change the tenor of today's youth to think of helping, instead of "gang" behavior, no one did actively, and couldn't on supporting it, so the program disappeared.
I was interviewed by Fox News, Greg Kelly (son of Ray) and Rosanne Scotto.
Again, not a nibble.
Anyhow, we tried!
