Mari's Story
Living on Pt. Dume (Malibu), bought a property and built-still building-probably never will stop building. My husband and I travel to off beat spots, we've had great experiences but I'm thankful he recognizes how much I enjoy a real hotel once in awhile. The photo I posted is of our trip to India where Mace (husband) received the new hip resurfacing procedure before it was given FDA approval in the states. If anyone is limping, contact me as this surgeon is THE guy who perfected it and I help other "hippys" now as a type of advocate. (it's not the guy with me in the photo! the photo is of a 96 y/o flower vendor in a temple who I found very charming and quite flirtatious - note his hand placement!)

few decades, fostering special needs and then just jumping in and taking senior and abused dogs that are hard to place.
Have a little collection of ribbons and awards for baking contests, mostly focused on pies now but ready for a new frontier.
My favorite part of summer is walking down the back trail to the beach cove with a couple of beers in the backpack to toast to the sunset playing off the windows of PV. I am amazed that I am living opposite of the vista I was raised on! The only thing I'd change is the regular threat of fire in Malibu, but other than that I live in a spot that is PV frozen in time before all the open space was gobbled up. We hear the teeth gnashing of the developers though...
No children to call our own, but lots of very good friends who are quite short, sometimes prone to emotional outbursts and still living with their parents.
