fantastic daughter and a grieve the loss of my step son in March of 2011. I celebrate my 5 grandchildren, ages 23 to 12 and two star step grandchildren. I enjoy meditating, writing down my gratitudes and asking my Higher Power to guide me through my day.
I am determined to overcome genetic lung and heart disease by improving my health with Isagenix and expanding my lungs with biking. I had to take a hiatus from my cycling due to a back surgery but I'm back as good as new and still enjoying cycling.
I completed a bike ride 165 miles over two days in Jan of 2010 prior to my 65th birthday as a fundraiser for those living with HIV/AIDS. I am empowered by giving back to the community and causes I feel passionate about.
