Maria's Story
My name is Mary and I joined Dorsey High during my tenth grade of school. I remember being so shy and I had a lot of trouble making lasting friendships. I used to be the girl that hid from the world. I had such trouble socializing with classmates and I found my safe heaven in the library. I was the biggest nerd and I made sure to do my very best at all times. guess I can say that I made stronger connections with my peers, than I did with my classmates. Perhaps that is the reason why u guys might not remember me. I was also part of the Swim team for two years in a row. I miss Dorsey and I miss my teachers so much. After graduating, my family and I moved to the Inland Empire and I left everything behind me. I am now currently attending college and I hope to be a Biology teacher or perhaps a Doctor.
