Maria's Story
After 17 years of nursing, primarily in the neontal intensive care unit (NICU), I left the hospital & returned to school. I graduated from Shorter College in 2000, receiving a BS in Music. I now teach piano privately, and I LOVE IT!!!!
I also do some writing. I've written two books of poetry which have been published by Brentwood. I've also written some articles for children's magazines. I've had several articles published in Boys' Quest (a children's magazine). I have also done a family cookbook entitled, "Kitchen Memories fr...Expand for more

I live in Rome with my husband, Jeff (we've been married 34 years!), and my two-year-old Toy Poodle, Petey.
Jeff & I are busy with church work (we go to Enon Baptist Church). We are youth leaders and I am church pianist.
Jeff opened his own pharmacy in Shannon 10 years ago. Not only is he a great pharmacist, he is a terrific businessman.
When you use your gifts for the Lord, God is so good to bless you in greater abundance! He has done that for us time after time. Jeremiah 29:11
