Maria's Story
Life
I am a happily married woman now with a child of my own. We have an adorable son who is 4 years old and the light of our life. Definitly keeps us on our toes.
My husband and I have our own business, acutally 2 business. One is vending at parades and festival and the other is raising and selling trees. Both keep us outdoors and always on the go. We do not know how we are going to do both once our son goes to school but we have about 4 more months to figure it out. Our 1st job keeps us traveling for about 6 months out of the year and the trees take care of the other 6 months. g, and then there is the harvest and the retail lots, where you are open every day from Thanksgiving to Christmas Eve.
But I enjoy myself with everything that we do. We are outside enjoying the air and the sun and the breeze. And we get to take time off when we want to. No calling in, no boss to tell us what to do. We are the boss of our business and we have people that work for us that ike we like and enjoy working the way we do. We are happy in all that we do and hope that everyone else is too.
I always wanted to be a nurse when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a out of reach idea. As it turns out, they were not quite right.
