little girl and we moved to the suburbs of Philadelphia. Spent the next ten years in Bryn Mawr and Devon, then for senior year of high school went to Herndon High School and a little beyond I was in Reston, VA. 1971-72 worked as a nursing aide to prepare for nursing school - LOVED IT! Made a terrible mistake with choice of school though. Back working full time nursing 1973-1974. Then realized I was meant for the sandy beaches of Nags Head so Chrissie and I moved there summer of 74 and were there off and on until 76 when we moved in to a house with Jan Shearin for a year and had the best time of our lives..During that time fell in love with Chapel Hill and thought about going to school there. Moved there in fall 1977 and worked at a bar called He's Not Here and met Craig Funk..Married 1980 in Manteo, NC. Son Steven born 1982. Moved to Reston, 1984. Had daughter Katherine 1991. Divorced February 27, 2013.".
