Marianne's Story
Life
I am currently living in the Pinellas Park, Florida area, and have been happily partnered with my girlfriend of 8, going on 9 years. Recently, she was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and tumors in the brain. Any and all prayers are welcome. Together, we have five daughters, Caitlin, age 17, Austen, age 16, Arielle, age 14, Jeanna, age 11, and Bailey (Bee), age 9, and one son, Travis, age 11. Our family is large and happy :o) We live in a modest neighborhood and have many friends. We are NOT activists, and prefer to live our lives quietly (Except on holidays-when we're quite LOUD LOL) I am a Senior Sales and Marketing executive at AMC Tool & Carbide Supply, in Clearwater, and have worked there for 2 years. Update:: September 29, 2007 my partner Lori passed away from cancer. I've been trying to put my life back together since then. I've enrolled in college, (Pre-Med!), and am looking forward to resuming my education and getting on with life, even though there are days now that I have trouble even getting out of bed. I miss her terribly.
On a happier note, my firstborn daughter, Caitlin, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pinellas Park High School on June 4. I am so proud of her! My second oldest, Austen, is making magnificent strides in her life as well. She'll graduate in 2009. I am currently on sabbatical, finally writing a book. I look forward to the reunion in August, hope to see you all there!
