Marianne's Story
Life
I went to Muller School for 3rd grade and then Graham School for 4th-6th. Junior high was at Silva, where I was a cheerleader in 8th grade, sang in the choir, played in the orchestra and was secretary/treasurer for both years. I helped get the dress code changed so the girls could wear pants to school(maybe that wasn't such a good thing). My sister Claudia(1966), brothers David(1972)and Robin(1972(3) also graduated from Newark High.
I still live in Newark with my husband of 23 years. I work as a medical transcriptionist and still do as much acting as I can. We never had any kids because we found we liked spoiling the nieces and nephews and then taking them back home.
My favorite teachers were Mr. Walla and Mr. K.
