Marianne's Story
Marianne was born in Philadelphia, PA and grew up in Ridgewood, New Jersey and Klinger Lake, Sturgis, Michigan. She graduated from Ridgewood High School in 1967. She graduated with a BSc from Eastern Mennonite University (Organization and Management) and an Associates Degree from Northern Virginia Community College (Science, Management, Languages). She is retired and formerly owned Expert Technical Communications, LLC, had worked at Virginia's Center for Innovative Technology, Cambridge Energy Research Associates, the federal government and for the U.S. House of Representatives.
Marianne's interests include landscape gardening, reading really good mysteries, hearing really good music, cooking for friends, and 1930s screwball comedies-- TV she enjoys are Prime ...Expand for more

Marianne's favorite quote is from "Harvey" (with James Stewart), "My mother always said, she said, 'Elwood, in this world you have to be either clever or pleasant.' I prefer pleasant."

Met a lot of wonderful people along the way... And I'm still glad to be who I am and grateful for how and where I was educated, am very thankful for great parents, a lifetime of experiences, and am humbled by the love, grace and kindness I've received along the way.".
