Maribeth Stewart:  

I have lived near Annapolis, Maryland since 1981 and work in non profit development (usually membership development or fundraising). I've worked for a youth symphony, a professional symphony, Habitat for Humanity, an academic association (applied mathematicians), the YWCA, and am presently with the Arts Council of Anne Arundel County (title:program director). The picture comes from the wedding of two friends I introduced. Church is important to me: I'm a member of First Presbyterian and active in church leadership (presently Moderator of Deacons), community service (lots of boards and volunteer work) and local leadership board Leadership Anne Arundel. My life has been centered on intellectual and spiritual values - not a great change there from high school. My husband of 33 years is a Scot who emigrated after he finished his PhD in engineering - he still works in the highest of high tech.
