Marie's Story
Hello , here is an update from the Millis clan. On 9/5/21 Dave an I will celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary. Our son Chris still lives in Greeley and works in Manchester. Our daughter Sarah and her husband still work at their same jobs. The granddaughters are growing up too fast. The oldest is 14 and driving. She helps grandma and grandpa out a ton. She is working on getting her first book published (she has written 7).. She does cross country, soccer and track. Our youngest will be 13 in a few weeks. wimming and friends. She participates in dance, swim team and volleyball……majoring in friends.
In December 2017 we lost our house to a fire. Everyone escaped except for 1 cat. We lost all our family heirlooms and all our pictures, these could not be replace. On the bright side we bought a log home on a wooded property, added a pool and will bring our hot tub over. It is like living in a vacation lodge.. God willing we will retire here and enjoy it for many years to come.
