Marie's Story
I left waverly in 66,an move to Ithaca N.Y. where I met a very nice man,who I married. We were married for 39 years. We had 3 children 9 grandchildren,and 6 greatgrandchild that he never got to see. I lost him Dec. 1 2007. Iwas a dietary cook in nursing home for 15 yrs. I am now a fostergrand...Expand for more
mother in the schools. I just was let back into my apt. after more than 2 months , because of the flood. It was quite a experiance , four days in a shelter at SUNY ,then with my daughter for the rest of the time. I am glad to be back even though I enjoyed my time with my daughter.
