Marie's Story
Hello from beautiful Virginia! I've been here 8 years now! Happily remarried after 5 years of widowdom to a wonderful man (Retired Air Force) named Danny Torres. Was happily married to Ken Roberts (class of 72) for 20 fantastic years prior to the cancer diagnosis. Imagine!!! Two excellent husbands in one lifetime! I am blessed! There are lots of Windsor High grads in Lynchburg VA...let's see... Carol (Fletcher) Walker & Tracy Walker, Chip & Marilyn Carpenter, Sue Carpenter, (Bev Fletcher Condon was here but is temporarily in Florida, planning on moving back I have heard), and a few others from VT.

d married. We are waiting for grandbabies now. My daughter, Ashley, lives around the Virginia Tech community (graduated with a Studio Art degree) and her husband also graduated from Tech and now works there in computer support. My son Justin finished 4 years in the Airforce and he and his bride have just moved from TX back to cold weather in Nashua NH.
We love our family, and our church family as well. The older I get, the more I see the need for a Saviour, that is Jesus Christ, my Lord. How can we get through life without Him? How can we be right with God, without Him? Taste & see that the Lord is good! He says, "I am the way, the truth and the life. NO ONE comes to the Father, but through Me."
