Mariel's Story

I am a Registered Professional Nurse since 1983. I have a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in nursing from SUNY IT Utica/Rome, NY. I am married with two children, Mark who is a business analyst for a bank in Boston and Maria, who just finished a term with AmeriCorps NCCC and is planning on going to graduate school for Social Work. and, Don, is a Division One Men's Hockey Coach at Colgate University in NY. I am 'semi-retired" from working as a Radiology Nurse in a hospital and now work on a per-diem basis for several adult day care centers. I enjoy gardening and traveling. I still keep in touch with Rosann DiBenedetto and occasionally hear from Mary Galvin and Mary McEvoy.
