Life
Married for 37 yrs. Taught in Cath. schools for 35 yrs. until I got to be too expensive for them. Then got picked up by a public school, but that only lasted 3 yrs. until I got let go. No reason. Unless you have tenure, they don't have to give you one. Couldn't get a teaching job to save my life. No one wants to hire a 60 yr. old teacher, even if you are proficient in Science. to school to get my CNA certif. Did nurse's aide work while in college, but now you need the st. certif. Got that. Working for Right at Home as a CNA, only making $9.00/hr. It's not even full time work, so I'm also getting unemployment. Anyone want to hire a teacher who's willing to teach??? Still living in Dolton. Still have a dog, Golden Retriever trapped in a Welsh Corgi body named Sammy.
