Marilyn's Story
Life
Living in the Northwest it is green and beautiful. Only an hour away from the mountain or the ocean. My children still live in Wisconsin and it is a daily pull missing them. I have four grandchildren, two are teenagers and two are younger. Life has been an interesting journey.
College
My college days came much later in life. I was working two jobs and going to community college at night. I met a lot of really n...Expand for more
ice classmates but it wasn't like going to college when you are young. I had no personal life during those years.
Workplace
I started working on the Preway night shift; moved up to a county nursing home dietary tech position; worked part time for a school district; then into a state office temporary job on a dispatch fire control team and now I am currently working in the executive management office of that state agency.
