Life My Spouse Joe is my second husband, I divorced my first in 1976 after 4 years. Yes, I remained single for 20 years. I guess I couldn't find anyone to put up with, or more realistically to put up with me. I met Joe at a bowling alley, we just happened to be on the same team. We were married May 25, 1996 and so far this marriage has surpassed my previous one and the future looks pretty good. My mother thought I would never settle down. But, I must say, I had fun and moved around and traveled during my single years. Now Joe and I have a home in Centerville, Oh and have 2 cats and 2 dogs. (no college expense or high insurance for usage of the car and I won't be a grandmother) My Pets Mikey is a Sheltie and is extremely spoiled he considers himself a lapdog and whenever Joe sits down on the sofa he is right up there. He is 5 years old and still acting like a puppy. You know those inground pet fencing systems? Mikey would just run right through shaking his head whenever he spotted a squirrel. We finally installed a privacy fence last year to keep him from taking off. Elkie is a Norweigan Elkhound and hates storms.
