Hi!
Marilynn here. Been awhile hasn't it?
I am divorced, have 2 grown daughters and 1 granddaughter. Live in Kansas City now after raising my children in Blue Springs,MO. I did work full time for a custom wood cabinet company. Had worked there for almost 29 years and did all the payroll for the company. Really did enjoy my job and the people.
I enjoy doing a lot of different things in my free(?) time. I love spending time with my daughters and granddaughter. I enjoy just "going" love the city market downtown, enjoy going to the movies and out to eat, dinners with friends (we do this about once a month and go to different restaurants or peoples homes). Enjoy walking on the Plaza, especially at Christmas time but other times too, going to concerts and plays, seem to have a green thumb and enjoy that also. I enjoy doing other things also. I have been divorced for about 20 years now, have dated some, was engaged for "30 minutes" once :), but currently am going solo.
I have attended some college and did better than I did in high school, that really surprised me. I attended 1 year of college right out of high school, then came home and two years later got married, and continued to work for 6 more years. Then I stayed home to raise my daughters. I attended college part time then went to work where I worked before.
I am sorry we (class of '62) have not had more reunions than we have. I do realize how much work, time and money go into a reunion but you never know who you will get to see, know about, talk to, etc.
I will just say that it is my hope that all of you who are reading this, will have a great life with much love & happiness..
