August 20, 2008 Well, here it is, 2008, & I'm about to turn 48 on Saturday. You know , now I can walk down the street with my head up and not worry if someones behind me trying to do me. I've been working as an LVN for 8 years now. You should see the little 11yr old boy that is my client, I go to school with him (I do different treatments and procedures throughout the day) Yea I'm in 4th grade again. It's cute to hear him pick up on diffefent phrases that I say, heck his mother and dad say that he also does some of my facial expressions, and that he looks like me at times "Oh the poor child". But it's great, having a part in this child's future, showing him right and wrong. I now wish that I would have had another, after my son was born, his mother and I parted, she moved up north, and I rarely got a chance to see him, and I wasn't a part of his childhood. I can only look back now and see that it was probably for the best as that's about the time when I began getting into the drugs and what kind of Dad would I have been in that condition. Well back to my boys. The best part, is that I have a 2-fer, 2 for one. not only Sean, but his younger brother Ryan.
