Marion's Story
Life
After marrying Renda Grimes (Darrell Grimes sister) we moved to St. Louis for a while, then back to Senath for a while. While at Senath, I started taking some college nite classes. After I got serious about college, we moved to Cape, where I graduated in May 1981 with an accounting degree. After graduation I moved to Farmington, Mo. and took a job with a CPA firm. I have now been here for the last 20 years and am now a partner in the firm. Renda & I have kids (1 girl and 2 boys) all grown and married. Seven grandkids keep us busy. motorcyle trips. I have a Honda Goldwing motorcycle and a motorcycle trailer. Our longest trip was a 17 day trip out west to the Rockies and Yellowstone Park. It was a total of about 3500 miles.
The "now" photo was taken in Nov 2000 while Renda and I were in Hawaii celebrating our 30th anniversary. My time goes by fast when you're having fun. We don't get back to Senath much anymore. Both of our parents have died and there are hardly any family still living down there. Very few old classmates are still around either. Hope to see as many of you as I can at our next class reunion.
