I have been widowed since March of 2006. I have 5 wonderful children, and 7 very active grandchildren that definitely keep me on my toes, but I love it. I am currently working as an Administrative Assistant for an employment agency. We search for employment for people with disabilities. These people deserve jobs just as much as you and I, we just try to help them out. It is a long process, but it is very rewarding to find them work, and to make them feel important and to see that smile on their faces. It is also very rewarding for me, as it gives me confidence and helps me to get out into the public, and to find new friends, and occupy my mind with new things. I am now in the time of my life where I am ready to find that companionship and happiness in that special someone. Whether it be a special friend, or possibly something more intimate. In a man, I am looking for someone that is honest, fun and real... A man who is confident, secure and comfortable with himself. Personally, to me a sense of humor goes a long way. I am looking for someone to move on with, and maybe to complete my life. I miss that feeling of butterflies in my stomach when talking with that special someone. To me the most important things in my life are my God, my health, my family, kids, and grand kids, Eventually if I find my soul mate, he will be at the top of my list.
