Life
Back in 1965, the year I graduated, I was Marge Lewin. I married in 1967 and became Marge Smith. My husband Don and myself had 3 amazing, beautiful children who are now grown and enjoy their respective careers. Only my oldest son is married, my daughter will marry in 2006 and my middle son is a confirmed bachelor. My daughter is presently living in Australia and plans on living there after marriage as well (her fiance is Australian.
My husband passed away from heart disease four years ago. I struggled for a couple of years with grief and learning to live life as a single. I learned how to do that although being married at such a young age hadn'...Expand for more
t prepared me for being aloone, but so far, so good. I have lots of great friends and I do date, although I haven't found anyone I'd like to get serious with - yet.
I work at home as a medical transcriptionist. I love the flexibility and freedom of not having to work in an office but understandably there are days when I long for coworkers. Thankfully, e-mail keeps me in touch with work friends. With winter approaching, I guess its better to continue working from home.
I hope to hear from anyone who attended Rufus King from 1961-65. I only see 2 gals I graduated with, Donna Kocan (Marich)and Lynn Wilde (Simino). I'd like to hear from more of you.
