Marjorie's Story

Hello All, I have been working in the Real Estate Industry in Miami since 1983. I have owned 2 Real Estate Companies, Currently since 1999 Ideal Properties, Inc. Which my husband Allan and I own together. We have been married since 1999, a second marriage for both of us. Neither of us has any children. We do have 2 wonderful Border Collies, Casey is 7 years and Jada is 15 months. My favorite activity is Agility which I compete in with Casey and am currently training Jada.I spend a lot of time in Doggie School!! I love having my own business. I could not ever work for anyone. I studied psychology at University Of Miami and upon graduation I worked for 3 years at a Psychiatric Hospital. Upon quitting that field I went into Real Estate. Almost 100% of our business is self investing and it is very interesting, lucrative and successful. I love to work out with free weights and do cardio activity. the same personal trainer.I am a lot older but I am still in good shape. When I am not working I love to travel. I have seen so much of the world but there is always more to see. Last year we spent 3 weeks in China, Japan & Hong Kong. The year before we went to Australia and New Zealand. I have decided that far away trips are longer vacation times and better practice for retirement!! I have had the bug since I went on a 6 week teen tour of Europe the summer I turned 16 back in Long Beach. This year we purchased a vacation home by the beach in Jupiter Florida. I love it!! It is also dog friendly, as is the beach. I plan on spending much free time there.I have always been an animal lover and our dogs have my heart. This is the condensed version of the last 34 years!!
