Marjorie Ross's Story
When I was in High School at the old Central High, we lived on Gomber Ave. just down the alley from the band room. -I graduated in 1953 - married Ronald McConnell in October 1953 - we had two children - Teresa Lee and Daniel Ross in 1955 and 1956 - we divorced several years later - I eventually moved to Anaheim CA where my sister, Mary Louise (Ross) was living with her husband and my Mother, Hazel Reed was also living. I worked for North American Aviation in Columbus and transferred to CA where I worked for several years, as it was bought out by Rockwell Int. and later Boeing. I remarried a Frenchman - he is paralyzed now and we eventually retired to St. George, UT -
I attended the 2003 Reunion in Cambridge with Guy and my sister, Mary Louise, (Mezie) - Mezie has lost two husbands and is now remarried to Bob Henderson (her high School sweetheart) - they are very happy and live in Chicago and St. George, UT.

Ron (Lee) McConnell died in 2005 a few months after his wife. I have a younger daughter Amie making three for me and Guy has three. All are grown and doing well on their own.
Update: Guy Bayle died April 30, 2014. I recently, Sept/Oct travelled to France by myself to visit the village we spent our summers in and see old friends. It was a wonderful trip and I enjoyed being able to do it on my own. It had been 6 years since Guy and I had been there - he had been paralyzed for twelve years and we had visited a few times but really a challenge for us. I visited some of the places we had been together and talked to him all the way. He never answered but he was always that way. I have a renewed sense of confidence which I was losing and hope a few more trips are in store for me. As you all know - I am 80 now but don't feel it yet. Hope your lives are good and you are enjoying what life is showing you. Marji.
