Mark Alonso:  

I am very happy and content moving along on our life journey we have all been blessed with. I hope all of you are as well. I am divorced and have my children Benjamin (20/CMU), Anthony (19/GVSU) and Elisia (16/EKHS). After high school I went on to the University of Michigan > GO BLUE! < and majored in wine, women & Rock 'n' Roll > TOGA! <. After realizing they would not certify my choice of major, I took off to see the country and later returned to GR and went to work for Steelcase. After a very short marriage and divorce from HELL, I finally finished my B.A. at Aquinas (always a good Catholic boy) in Business Administration and Communications. I guess I took the road less traveled by... My ability to speak and write Spanish took me on a path to international sales which has taken me all over the world. I owe this to my parents Mark & Miren, both 83 years old and who have been living off the coast of Bradenton - Anna Maria Island, Florida for the last twenty years. After being busted with my hockey friends for drinking beer my freshman year, they exiled me to our native Spain for the summer. Thanks to them I learned the language which has taken me this far.
