Mark's Story
Went to Grant Park for grades 7-9, Mr. Cera kicked me out of school early in Grade 10 for being "too much of a clown." I then attended Vincent Massey Collegiate (after a stint in northern California) and graduated from VMC. Moved to Vancouver for a couple years to attend UBC, but realized I was not a great student - just as Mr. Cera knew a few years earlier!
Returned to Winnipeg, worked as a server at the Keg for a year or so (loved it), then decided to go to Regina to visi...Expand for more
t family. While there, and for something to do, I started working at our family business (that my grandfather started in 1946), and enjoyed it so much that I never left. It was not long after moving to Regina that I met my wife of 27 years. We have two boys, 26 & 23, both of whom are great people. Our younger son will be starting his third year at Universit, and our older son recently graduated from Law School and is living in Calgary.
