Mark's Story
Update June 28, 2017. I keep hearing in my mind a week-long presentation on Channel 7 back in the 80s, I think it was, a program presented by Jerry Jensen called "Old Age: Do Not Go Gentle." In spite of the poor English construction of the title that did make it rather memorable all by itself. After about a 14 year hiatus from the gym I recently returned and am all the better for it as one might expect. Gone, however, is the enthusiasm that I once had. I actually don't mind using machines (pure laziness it is), machines I once scoffed at.

As of 2004 I am now a Radiopharmacist and practice only Nuclear Pharmacy. I still write but get less exercise. Thanks for nothing, middle-age!
Flash forward 10 years. Forced into sudden retirement when San Diego Hospice nose-dived into Mission Valley due to bad upper management. Moved to Ohio where I had purchased a really cool house for retirement. Spent all of 2013 retired; then was miraculously salvaged by a magnificent stroke of luck on Indeed.com when my profile caught the eye of a great lady whose husband was opening up a compounding pharmacy in a near-by town. This month (May 2015) marks my one year anniversary and my "rebirth" as a consultant pharmacist.
