Mark's Story

Life It's been a long time since graduation. My brother Noel and I were in K Falls last summer to see my folks. Now I live in Chantilly, Virginia with my wife Martha and three daughters. Rachel, our oldest daughter daughter is finishing up nursing school at George Mason University. Jessica, our middle daughter, is studying music at James Madison University. Erika, our youngest, is studying social work at Virginia Commonwealth University. I retired from the Army in '97 and have been working as an arms contol consultant ever since. My chief accomplishment over the last couple of years was to earn a Masters degree (after almost 30 years out of college). Martha (Marty) is an artist, specializing in mohair teddy bears. Marty and I met while serving in the same unit in Germany in 1980 and she has had the patience to put up with me for over 28 years Hope the new year finds all who visit well and happy. College After High School, I went on to Southern Oregon, majored in History and graduated in 1974. College was an experience where learning was not confined to the classroom.
