Mark's Story
Mark grew up in La Habra with his two brothers Steve and Craig. Steve graduated in 1965, Mark in 1966 and Craig in 1968 from Lowell High School. If you were looking for the party call Steve. If you want a helping hand call Craig.
My early life was Sports/Sports and Sports. Let's play. My best high school friends were Ron Urban, Duane Davies, Mike Anfinson, Ron Marr and Chuck Hawksford.
Graduated from Chapman University in 1970 with a degree in Phsical Education and Economics. Played baseball during this time and we won a National NCAA Division 2 National Baseball Championship in 1968. In 1969 played on a summer team that won the NBC National Championshio. Four players on this team played Major League Baseball.

e off season I earned my teaching credential from Cal State Fullerton. Went to additional school at Cal poly Ponona and earned a credential to teach mathematics. I taught school and coached for 26 years. Twenty three of those years at Don Lugo HS in Chino, Ca.
Married in 1977 to Cheryl Cherry Carlson. We have three children and eight grandchildren. Yes I have been blessed. Unfortunately we divorced in 2005. We are still great friends which I Thank God!!
Retired from teaching in 2005. Started investing in Real estate in 1998. Today I am a Real estate Broker and reside in Laguna Woods.
I still see Steve Schwartz and Steve Robinson once in a while. We play golf and reminience. But none will be greater than the Steve/Juanita Beach Boy Show. What will the Rice's do for their next oncore.
