Life
Relocated to Melbourne, Australia in October of 1974. Graduated High School from Trinity Grammar, Kew, Victoria 1977. Attended Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology majoring in Art and Illustration 1978. Returned to United States in 1979.Worked extensively as graphic artist through 1994. Florida graduating Magna Cum Laude in Culinary Arts, 1997. Worked as Executive Chef with Embassy Suites, and Hilton Hotels until January 2001. Diagnosed with brain tumor in January 2001. Under went multiple brain surgeries through January 2002. Currently disabled pending recovery.
Married to a wonderful lady named Debbie. Together we have three beautiful children; Andrew, Matthew, and Candace.
