Mark's Story

I am finally getting around to sharing a few details. I am recently divorced after 24 years of marriage. Sorry that it didn't get to the "Till death do us part" but like the song says, "You can't always get what you want". I do have two sons from the union so it was not a complete bust. Both of my sons have moved out and are trying to make their way in the world, so being a single parent is taking on a new meaning. So now my parental role is is to be a sage. To pass along whatever wisdom I have gained through experience and hope that they take it to heart before they experience the pain of failure. re all young once. My oldest son, Jason, has a talent for music and has become quite a good bass guitar player. I still play guitar which has led to some musical collaborations between us. That has been fun, being able to share a passion for music. While I no longer play in a band, Jason continues to find other musicians who share the desire to play in a group. My younger son, Shane, has been taking longer to find his direction. His strong suit is working with his hands and is most definitely mechanically inclined. He is currently looking to get work as an auto mechanic but jobs are hard to come by. Recently he has expressed a desire to take up the guitar. I think I can help with that.
