Mark's Story
Moved up to L.A. after high school. Went to a community college then transferred to Howard University in Washington, D.C. After graduating from Howard (twice), worked in New York City for a large bank for 5 years. Then moved back to San Diego to work for the City of San Diego for 4 years. Attended law school at Univ. of San Diego at night, graduating in 1991. Worked as a law clerk for CA state Appelate court for 2 years in L.A., then worked for a really big law f...Expand for more
irm for 4 years as an associate attorney. Moved to San Francisco as a partner for a smaller law firm for 4 years. Moved back D.C.
to work as deputy executive director for D.C. housing finance agency for 3 years. Then as a vice president for real estate development company for 4 years in Baltimore, MD. Now I own real estate company that builds affordable housing. It sounds like alot, but it really wasn't. Just sort of followed a career path. I'm still silly as hell.
