Life
1980-Graduated and went into the Navy
1986-Discharged from the Navy, residing in Illinois
1996-Married
2006-Living/working in Arizona.
2013-Divorced
2013-June-Guatemala trip - Tikal, met Dixie and her son Julian in person for the first time
2013-December - Guatemala trip Lake Atitlan with Dixie
2014-July - Guatemala - Lake Izabal, Livingston with Dixie and Julian
2014-December- Guatemala
2015-August- Cozumel Mexico - Learned to dive. Stayed with local family for two weeks
2015-December- Guatemala, Lake Atitlan, took high altitude diving course. Cozumel more diving
2016 - August - Guatemala, Lake Atitlan, Spanish classes for a week, stayed with local family. I could live in that area. Cozumel more diving
2017 – Made trips to Bogotá, Colombia in March and June to see Yaneth. Unfortunately (or fortunately) things didn’t work out. Bogotá surprised me. It was different but comparable to any large city here. You could drink the tap water there (it was really quite good).

nish classes for a week (again). Did an Airbnb stay renting a room in a home (Adriana). Sadly, while there, I had received news that my dog Quico had escaped from his sitter and had been struck and killed by a car. Quico is in a picture with Blanquito in the bathtub (Quico is smaller). Met with Dixie for breakfast one day while in Guatemala City
After that week, went on a cruise (Miami, Grand Cayman, Roatan, Belize, Cozumel, Miami). Went diving at each cruise stop.
2018 – March – Took my mom to Guatemala. We went from Guatemala City to Flores (Tikal), Antigua (for Easter), Lake Atitlan (stayed at Adriana’s Airbnb again) and back to Guatemala City. My mom met Dixie and her son while we were there. It was a great trip.
November – Went to Guatemala, went on a trip with Dixie and Julan to Roatán. Julian learned to dive but Dixie backed out. It was a nice trip at a beautiful place. While there, I took a couple of diving courses. After we returned, I went to Lake Atitlán as Dixie had to work and Julian had college classes.
