This is a purple Canna. They have rhizomes and are dead gorgeous in bloom! Another sub-tropical plant.
Are you hungry yet? This is fresh Florida lobster caught during the recent "Mini" lobster season. Shown here, it is split and ready for the grill. It is a Florida treat!
A beautiful salmon ruffled Hibiscus flower. The plant was planted right before the start of the rainy season in May. Everything grows leaps and bounds down here!
