Blessed to be able to continue running! On Jan 15, Margeaux and Dad ran the LA 1/2 Marathon in Baton Rouge, LA EXERCISE IS MEDICINE!
Our UNO group ran the Marine Corps Marathon in 2003 and 2004---I began running 🏃 in the Marine Corps in the fall of 1971------Always Faithful!
15 Marathons and about 25 Half Marathons (only half crazy 😜 those days)
