Mark's Story
Life
After graduation, I went to Lenior-Rhyne College and played a season of football. I lettered, but school was difficult. I came home and enrolled at St. Johns.
After school and a few stops at some national transportation companies, I settled in as a longshoreman with ILA Clerks and Checkers Local 1593 here in Jacksonville. I have been there for these past 14 years. I was elected ...Expand for more

I finally married at the age of 33. My wife, Angel, and I have 2 children...a boy and a girl. I enjoy being a husband and a father. My wife introduced my to the Catholic Church and I truely feel I am at home there. I was confirmed on Easter Sunday in 2000.
We currently have a home in Middleburg and are planning for another child.
