Mark's Story
Life
Director and editor by day, screenwriter by night - Mark Roush crosses into unparalleled worlds in both occupations. Residing in the Shanghai city of Portland, Oregon he is consistently on the lookout for new talents to collaborate with. Optioning his most recent screenplay to Canadian company, Industry Works, Mark is
also writing a new dramedy tentatively entitled, "Hummel PI" while his short films, "I am Lloyd Hamlin" and "Storage" are on the 2007 festival circuit.
Currently, Mark partner up with sister company Wasteland Films to create an action/adventure webisode series called, "L...Expand for more
ady Wasteland". Production has been completed and a Nov 2007 release date it set.
Mark is always working on new concepts and ideas for screenplays. He can be found frequenting local demolition derbies, photographing dark city alleyways and on occasion can be seen eating packets of mustard in an ill-lit room for inspiration. He has three children which he looks at with amazement... wondering who they are and how they got here. He also notices there is a beautiful Russian woman in his house making him food whenever he gets home. Mark keeps in touch with many old friends from across the country.
