Mark's Story
Life
After graduating high school in 1979, I immediately joined the Air Force and had a successful 26-year career. I have since retired, then settled in a suburb of Dayton, OH (initially, for 14 years) and now live in a suburb of Philadelphia, PA. I worked as a contractor for one of our nation's intelligence agencies for 7 1/2 years, then with the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program while in Ohio. In PA, I worked briefly at Lockheed Martin, at an Aerospace R&D company, and as a contractor for the U.S. Navy's AEGIS program.

married in September 2000. She is from Glasgow, Scotland, and, yes, we got married in Scotland, and I wore a kilt! I have two stepchildren, Craig and Gillian. I have three grandsons. I am currently married to Debbie, a beautiful woman in Philadelphia who also happens to be an Astrophysicist. She and her children keep me busy when I'm not at work.
Having received my university degree and completed a military career, I enjoy the simple life now of working by day and relaxing at home by night. I am at a great point in my life and thinking of permanent retirement! I love to travel and have been to 47 of our 50 states and lived in or visited 16 other nations. What have YOU been up to?
