Hi to all my former classmates...thanks for stopping by. Here is an update on my life since we were together at Jefferson High School. Following my graduation from Jefferson I enrolled in college, graduating from Illinois State University with a B.S. and M.B.A. in Business Administration. My wife, Candice and I married in 1980 and we are still together. After graduating from ISU, I accepted a position with a major oil company and moved around the country, living in the Chicago area, Kansas City, Denver, and Houston. I held positions in field sales, financial planning/budgeting, and domestic U.S. and international downsteam planning & economics. In 1983 I left the oil industry following our decision to return to the Denver area, settle down, and begin our family. We were blessed in 1989 with the birth of our son, Thomas James (T.J.) and in 1991 with the birth of our daughter, Mackenzie. In May 2013 T.J. graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder Leeds School of Business with an under graduate degree in finance and a master's degree in accounting. Shortly after graduation he earned his designation as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In September 2013 he started his career with Deloitte in San Francisco, CA as a member of their audit staff and later joined their merger and acquisition team.
