Mark's Story
Life
What's to say? After school, there was more school followed by a 10 year stint of working, getting married, having a family, and then going back to school. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Edward's in 2002 with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. I'm putting that to use as a Factory systems/Business Analyst at Freescale Semiconductor in Austin. We moved to Buda in '07 to find greener pastures. I'm married, I'm a dad, and I'm a step-dad.
I like to spend time with friends, go to airshows, mess with the computer, ride the motorcycle and smoke a good cigar now and then.
I'm not too concerned about the past... it's what made today what it is and I can't change anything about it anyw...Expand for more
ay. (Still, it's hard to keep away from "what if's"). I don't generally bend to the latest trends, but I recognize a good thing when I see it.
Politically, I've been at the (extreme) conservative end of the scale for all of my conscious life. Though I still lean that way, I'm increasingly apathetic for lack of upstanding people to represent me. Who knows? Maybe one day I'll go into politics and see how much trouble I can get into there.

Workplace
I'm a Software Business Analyst at Freescale; still not sure what I want to do when I grow up.
