Mark's Story
Life
I headed West after graduating from U.T.A. with a degree in architecture. I lived in Los Angeles for seven years, earning another Bachelor and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Southern California (I always loved that Trojan horse). Living in L.A. was a never-a-dull-moment experience, but I eventually tired of the traffic and the thick air and returned to Fort Worth in 1993. I have been working in architecture here in Ft. currently Head of Design for Ames Fender Architects. I thought I would have a chance to design the additions to O.D. Wyatt, but we ended up with Trimble Tech High School instead, which is currently keeping me occupied. I married Leslie Castor of Springtown in 1997 (at what I consider the perfect marrying age of 33), and we live in West Fort Worth, near Arlington Heights High School, with our two dogs Bart and Lisa. No kids yet, but you never know when that could change.
