Marla's Story
Life
I graduated from Blinn College School of nursing in 1978. I was married for 6 years and had a daughter, Lindsey, in 1980. I worked as a pediatric and OB/Gyn nurse until 1992. During the interim, I got a divorce and remarried in 1993. My husband is a TAMU grad. and he and his brother own and operated the Miller Beer distributorship in Victoria,TX and have satellite distributorships in Wharton and Beeville, TX. I went back to school and finished a degree that I began prior to nursing school and now have a B.S. in Criminal Justice. I teach Pilat...Expand for more
es privately and also substitute teach at my son's school ( Oh, yes, I had a baby boy in 1994).
I am presently working to obtain my private investigator's license and hope to work for a law firm in assisting with fraud cases.
I have lots of close friends, and we have alot of fun playing tennis together on a regular basis. We also love to shop, especially out of town!! Mary Mitchell Nelson and I are still the best of friends, even though we do not see enough of each other!
