Peter's Story

Life Hi. I'm 54, my birthdate is Sept 3,1956 It is Dec 22,2010 .I am currently retired, due to stress at work and left my job in Dec 2009. I have met several of my high school friends on this site. Among them Warren Garza, Charles Montgomery, and a couple of others. I have a sister and a niece named Meagan. I remember the teachers from Reagan and many of you, I went to the 76 Class reunion and felt alone, I only went to the school during my Senior Yr. The other 3 years I went to Abraham Lincoln Jr Sr. High School (it is now an Elementary School) I live in Southlake, since 1985 I had cancer in 1998 and am in remission now. I am still unmarried and probably will not find the right person to change that. I attended 2003 Tarrant County College in Hurst, TX for a Real Estate course. I am slowly becoming more computer literate. I was 20 when I graduated. I have emailed several people since being a member ofClassmates some here at Reagan some who went to school with me One who went to Lamar High school. each of them know who they are, all of them are special to me. I also went back to Tarrant County College in 2006 and took accounting the first course and made a B in it. I I also plan to use a 1965 Singer sewing machine that belonged to my deceased Mother to learn how to machine sew. I can hand sew because Mom died when I was 13 and my father died when I was 23, I had wished they would of lived longer for advice but this was not to be. I have had to raise myself since as best as I can and just want those who see this updated profile to know I do think about my past. 2008 will be a special year in politics on the national level. dollar bill and one day they will be as obvious as riding a bus to school a city one for I was not to leagally drive a car till I turned 21 and got my license and gas was sixty nine cents a gallon for one month then jumped to a whole dollar. Wow those were the days. Now here in Southlake it is 2.86 a gallon. I hope to hear from more of you who remember me wether from Boy Scouts, or Woodrow Wilson Lincoln, Lanier Jr High or Reagan Sr. I sometimes attend Southlake City Hall meetings in 1992 I ran for office and lost. I got on SS Disabliity in July of 2010. Right now this December it seems colder than usual for the Dallas area. We are not expecting snow but Rain instead.. I will not be attending any class reunions because the travel for me to leave Southlake it is over 300 miles to Houston. If I were to come there it would be to visit certain people as a surpirse. There is so much to try and do here, yet I don't go out much except to shop for the essentials and the like. I am able to tape movies and tv shows but only could view them here at home as the player only allows for viewing DVD;s on its own machine and not on other DVD players. I visit my old job occasionaly but not often, as it still is a McDonald's still in operaton. I now drive a 1985 Mercedes Benz 300 D which means it runs on Diesel fuel. Last price check was $3.17 a gallon. Yet I get 25 to 28 miles a gallon with this car. Hope all is well for all who visit lthis profile. Peter Sporrer updated December 2010
