Marna's Story
After high school I attended the University of South Carolina. My sophomore year I started taking tae kwon do and had a great time traveling to compete in tournaments. I graduated from USC in 1992 with a BA in psychology and earned my black belt. I found a job working with inmates as a case manager until I returned to USC for a degree in biology. C School of Medicine. We married and moved to Winston-Salem where we had our daughter Jennan and he finished his residency and a fellowship through WFU Baptist Hospital. We then moved to LA for him to complete another fellowship and after one year returned to Columbia for him to start working as a pathologist. Our daughter is now 6 years old. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats. I spend most of my time dog training (my dogs and other people's dogs) and working on our house.
