Marny's Story
Lived in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles for about 25 years. Winding road of a career, display or visual merchandising- worked my way up from "trimmer" to stylist until final display job as display manager at the Glendale Nordstrom's until I couldn't stand another Christmas and wanted to do something else. ts administration by hitting the deck running, curated a few exhibitions, took a job with theFIDM Museum where I again was involved with friggin manakins but in an evolved way to tell the history of costume. Became the museum curator for the City of Arcadia (Dream Job) until my husband wanted to move back to the old dominion.
Marny is from Lyon Village - Arlington Virginia. Marny's schools include H-B Woodlawn Secondary Program, Washington - Lee High School. Marny later attended Virginia Commonwealth University.
