Sarah's Story
Life
After graduating in 1997 from Colorado State University with a major in technical journalism, I took a job at a small newspaper in Yuma, Ariz.
Yuma was like serving a prison sentence: The work sucked, there was nothing to do unless you got out, and you dreamed of the day when you could leave forever. But it was a job in my field, so I stuck it out for a year and a half.

I didn't leave for two more years, right after I gave birth to my daughter, Olivia Maire, in September 2003.
I moved back to Wheat Ridge and am living with my mom and sister Carey in our old house. I'm spending my time being Momma to my little girl, and loving it. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to work from home so I don't have to put Liv in daycare. So if you know of anything ... ;)
I do miss having conversations with "big people," and would love to hear from any old friends. Take care!
