Marsha's Story
Life
I teach children with mental retardation at a school in Fort Worth, Texas. I enjoy my job because the children are so much fun to be with. Even when it is difficult, I find something to laugh about. I feel like the pied piper at work. I get lots of love and attention from the kids. It is really nice to be loved by them. At home, I have two gorgeous girls. The girls are 9 and 5. working to better my program at school. I also have an idea for a book in the works and a non-profit organization that will turn my personal lemons into lemonade. I am continuously trying to improve myself so that I can accomplish all of the things that are in my heart to do. I do not know what the future holds but I know that I would like to be in a position to help others with their personal struggles, both emotionally and financially. In the end though, to quote my 9 year old daughter, "Being a mother is the most important job of all."
