Martha's Story

After graduating, I went to work at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas (FED"). While working there I completed an Associates Degree. I left the FED and went to work for the IRS, and worked as a tax examiner, however I wasn't very happy so I went back into banking at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB). ss. During this time I married and adopted a daughter, Michelle. The regulatory division, where I worked as an analyst was turned into a section of the government known as the Office of Thrift Supervision. During that time I decided to become an examiner. After approximately 14 years, I retired. I know have two grandchildren Bayli and Briana.
