After 25 years in banking, I had a life changing experience and am now a massage therapist and cycling/aerobics instructor. While my husband Allan was in Iraq in 2006, I received a massage each Friday from a wonder woman at our local YMCA. That half hour each week kept me sane, healthy, and energized. Allan returned safely home Christmas 2006. After he settled back in to civilian life, I was ready to go back to work. I decided to become a massage therapist. I got my fitness instructor and Spinning certification - so I can create kinks in your body and then massage them away!".
